I have had two separate installations from Dennis.The first one was for our old bedroom tv. The experience was stellar (left a 5 star review on his other business page https://maps.app.goo.gl/KSXhNquWUBHdgRxX6?g_st=ic)The second experience was not very good. He seemed rude, in a hurry, and was curt with his comments. Aside from mounting our mirror, he also mounted our living room TV (75”) but I noticed after that that the mount he used (the company’s own mount) was recommended only for TV’s smaller than mine (see photo below). I didn’t take issue with it since the job had already been completed and I trust that his company is insured per their website.Sometime later I called to have our old TV in the bedroom replaced. As I typically prefer to deal with one company for the same job, and as Dennis already mounted the TV in the bedroom, I called him for a quote to mount the new TV (replacing the old one).I was shocked as the quote was around $400. He explained that it was because our tv is “slim” and needs to be mounted differently. Even though a few months prior I consulted and ask him if there would be any issues with the new exact tv model and the response I got from him was “we just have to remove the wall plate, the one I installed for you at the back of the (old) tv, that’s it. I don’t see any problems”Needless to say, I went with a different installer who had no issues mounting the TV and charged a fraction of what GTA TV Wall mounting was charging.read more

Absolutely first rate work for incredibly reasonable prices.You email this place, they get back to you within about 24 hours, they ask you what you need, and within 24 hours will get back to you with a price and a time and day, which will be within 72 hours. They work in the evening.Then a dude shows up at your house at the scheduled time (if they’re late they’ll give you a heads up en route as to how far behind they are). Guy confirms what he’s putting up and where it’s going then gets to work. Within 20 – 30 minutes he’s done.Guy who did the install (we’ve had three things installed, on two separate occasion, it was the same guy both times, there could be more, I don’t know) was professional, incredibly efficient, and at the top of his trade.We’ve had a big tv installed, an 8′ wall mounted fireplace, and a big mirror installed. All the same level of skill demonstrated, same outcome.Very reasonably priced. I can’t imagine how a joint doing wall mounting could do anything better.If you’ve got a thing you need stuck up on your wall, this it the joint to call.read more

Whoever picks up the phone at this business is extremely rude and unhelpful. I was trying to call to schedule an installation for my grandmother and the person said they would be able do it the same day. I sent the details for her address and got no response. Called Denis up at 11 asking for a quote. Was in a rush and asked if he can install asap since he was once close he agreed. He was there by 1! Denis came and installed my TV that day and was very quick. Although he was quick, the quality of the job was very good. Denis is a professional and very good at installing TV’s. He came prepared with all his tools, extra wires and even a little vacuum to clean up dust from the dry wall install. He hid the wires behind the wall for a clean install with no wires showing. I’m extremely disappointed and appalled by the way the technician acted when he arrived at my home. We opened the door and he didn’t greet us, he didn’t introduce himself or anything of the sort. I don’t even know his name to specify who this jerk is. We told him he could hang his jacket on our banister but he ignored us and just threw it on our front door. After throwing his jacket haphazardly, he took a phone call and continued to ignore us. During the booking process we specified numerous times that we had a MantelMount to install. After his phone call, he opened the box, skimmed through the instructions and didn’t even read the correct pages that state the needed measurements. He rudely said he couldn’t do it and blamed us for wasting his time. He said we should’ve sent him pictures of the mantel. We answered all the questions that were asked of us. At no point was there a request for pictures of the mantel. They only requested a picture of the mount, which we sent. Again, we mentioned numerous times that it was a MantelMount, of which they quoted a higher price. Quoting the price should indicate that they are familiar with this product, but apparently that is not the case. He never made eye contact the entire time and he seemed annoyed to even be here. I don’t know how all of these reviews are 5 stars. The experience was simply atrocious.read more

Serge did an amazing job. He was on time and I even received a text that he was on his way to my place. The installation took about an hour to install the tv mount and concealed the wires behind the drywall. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Dennis was amazing, within 5 minutes of reaching out, he answered all my questions and had booked a time. Super friendly person and happy to explain the process of mounting and how to use (full motion mount). Cleaned up all the minor debris and was done very quick. Can’t recommend him enough!
